Caffeine----> Good or Bad?

In my opinion, caffeine in harmful to health, because it may possibly stop us from being able to learning. When I was primary five, I had a habit of drinking a few cups of coffee everyday. When I went to a primary five learning camp organised by my school, I did not bring any packets of instant coffee, and the camp only provides us with plain water. As a result, I was unable to stay focused and alert and I felt sleepy throughout the camp, and slept a few times during the activities, where we learned basic survival skills! This was due to the fact that I was depended too much on caffeine to keep me awake and alert. Caffeine makes us dependent on it in order to keep awake and alert. As a result, without caffeine, we might not be able to be alert and may lose out on many learning processes, and we might have a disadvantage against others. As a result, due to the fact that we might feel lethargic when we are deprived of caffeine, caffeine might possibly hamper our ability to learn, and causing us to lose out on some knowledge.
